So I was leaving for a doctor's appointment when I stopped to check the trap on the way out. I saw him laying in the entrance of the trap (picture I posted). I was going to leave him be but decided at the last minute to try to walk up to him again... I got nearly to the front of the trap and he turned to run to back and tripped the lever.

He rode with me to my appointment because it was about to start raining.

Now we are home and I set up a quarantine cage. He is smaller than I thought but definitely a pet. He did come to me willingly out of the cage and didn't freak out when I petted or held him. I *think* he's a boy but I'm not sure because there's so much fur down there. I'm hurting a lot now (broken ribs) so everything else will need to go on the back burner for now. He has food, water, litter box and shelter. That's going to have to do for now.

Upon closer examination, my little garden raider appears to be a doe.

I did make a lost & found post on Nextdoor for her. I have no idea what I'm going to do if no one claims her...

4 broken and a... tri?

Not sure if it's going to be a tri or a broken because the dad is a dilute tri. The other four look like otters but that could change since the dad is such a mixed bag of genetics, if the mom carries any shaded or chinchilla genes the babies could be any type of shaded or chin varieties.
