My son is 5 not sure how old he has to b to join but I was a 4H member. He thinks they r all perfect. His fav is a white showgirl that i am never aloud to sell or give away. She came from a green egg so she is extra special to him.

That stance very much looks pullet to me.

The thing is, without knowing more about her other traits there is just no way to tell if she is show quality or not. Are her toes well spaced? Does she have blue ears? Are her eyes dark and round? All of those things need to be assessed.

Yeah I metioned most that in the original post. Toes r well spaced and eyes r large dark, blue skin, very feathered middle and outer toes. The stance in the pics is not how (it) normally stands. I think its afraid of the little red light that shines on it right before the camera goes off cause it run ducks and tries to hide its head and acts all stupid about it lol. I tried this with the flash off and the little reddish orange light still comes on. I think it my be a sensor ot somthing but to the chicken its the devil lol

Ok had my buddy called the breeder a little bit ago that he got the eggs from to ask her some questions about her line and this is just what she sd. She sd if it is crowing it is a rooster. He asked about crest being too big and she sd all her roos have big crest and one of her culling points in her roos is if u can see his eyes she dont use him as a breeder. Sd all her roos crest cover thier eyes. He is going to forward her the pics later today and sd she she sd she is a BYC member but didnt think to ask for her username. He is leaving for IL tonight and sd he will see her this weekend and pick up some more eggs from her and somthing about she hasnt checked fertility on whites yet but will send eggs from all her color lines home with him.

I see you mentioned blue ears, don't the male and female have the same color? I ask because I am in the same boat with a silkie. We think its a boy, because he crowed and now you guys have me confused. So what does the blue ears mean?

From what I have read blue ears is just part of the silkie standard like blue skin or 5 toes and required for showing on either sexes

I just thought robin was was saying their was a difference on ear color from the boys and girls. I'm pretty sure, no almost positive, they should have black skin not blue.

The OP was asking for an opinion on whether the bird was show quality. I pointed out that blue ears is in the standard and is all part of the package when deciding show quality or breeder or pet.

Some varieties do have a more bluish skin, buff is described as slate colored for the skin. Cuckoo, although not part of the standard will often have lighter skin.
