We actually got a nice thunderstorm tonight and got lots of rain!

I love thunderstorms. Sadly, we haven’t gotten any of those (or any rain) for a long time now.

Is it more of a dry heat where you guys are? We're kind of going through a drought at the moment. We have to water the plants every day or they're wilty by evening. Even after it rains normally in the summertime the ground doesn't stay wet for very long.

Yes we are going through a dry heat. although we got rain on Fathers day. It didnt keep the ground wet for more than a day. I hate when the humidity gets high

Well that was me last week, but then it started pouring, and it just keeps on goin!
There ain't no predictin weather here in Lake City Florida
My chickens don't seem to be lovin the rain so much either!!

We actually ended up going to Little River Springs State Park!!

Some rain here and there is good where I am, but what it's been doin lately is too much!
If it doesn't rain here, then the plants'll die, and everything is super dusty, but if it rains like it's doin now, then my boots and overalls are always soaked!!
