What kind did you get? All same breed or many?

I got Buff Orpingtons (the friendliest of the bunch), Black Sex Links, Cinnamon Queens, Black Silver Laced Wyandottes & Easter Eggers. I’m really happy with my breed selection, they’re all so pretty!

My first go around with layers I had started Barred Rock & NH Reds that were thrown in with the coop purchase. It was fun to get to pick this time.

So everyone, what color car do you have? I have noticed, over the summer, that 99% of cars are either red, gray, black, or white. When did this happen? How did we get so un-colorful? (ours is gray--silver) Today we went to Home Depot and I saw ONE green car. My sister and I report to each other on green car sightings, lol.

My truck is green but you can't see it as I hide it inside my fab shop so the wood rats will stop eating it... and I can't seem to find out a way to catch them. My Spyder and GoldWing are both blue my favorite color.

I can't wait to get the garden shed converted into a proper coop and get some cinnamon queens. @Kegg Be interesting to know when they start laying.

Yay for blue....and green, trucks tend to be more colorful. Ours is gray and teal...remember when teal was trendy? That's how old our pickup is. I may expand this color thing into a survey thread.
If Kegg got her chicks in June, they may wait till spring, due to shorter days.

We used to have a bike like that...blue or purple depending on the light. Really pretty color. I think it was called Illusion Blue.

I vote most cars are white. I had a white car ages ago & I’ll not have another. Whenever I got a door ding I could tell what color car did it. I had that car way too long.

Currently we have champagne (sparkly tan), green, & black vehicles. I like colors, but always migrate towards black.

Girls are 13 weeks today. I haven’t opened the nests yet. Any advice on when I should? I was thinking at 15-16 weeks. I’m starting to see some waddles.
