Calling Aunt Angus

If anyone know a way to get ahold of the member "Aunt Angus", please let me know. I sent her a feed sample back in February and was told my sample was taking longer to analyze due to inclement weather. It's now several months and personal messages later and I have had no response. Furthermore, I called Midwest Labs and gave them her name and the analysis reference number. They told me there was no second sample ever recorded at their lab under that name. So, I am a bit confused as to what's going on, whether or not shes ok, and where has my feed gone. I appreciate anyone's assistance in this matter.
