Mouse will be 9 years old in September - and he has never eaten or hurt a chicken. Of course, he was raised with them in his pet area, and he is very well fed with his food, chicken food, llama food, and snacks. He gets plenty of exercise so his weight is fine for his stature (We're not certain he's full potbelly cause he's large) I wonder if its just the nature of Potbelly pigs to be less aggressive or something? He has never been inside the house - he lives outside as a big pet pig - and I know pigs that are raised as food are much more intense, they act like theyre starving all the time, and I imagine they are more likely to snap and attack chickens? Each situation to its own, I guess. It works for us, sounds like not for others.....
