Can anybody tell me her breed?

This larger chick has me fuzzled. Can anybody tell me what breed she is? I keep thinking she's sick because her feathers look terrible, she sneezes occasionally, she has runny poops all of the time, and she is always laying down. She lays down when she eats and drinks, even when I take her outside on a nice day to get some fresh air. I'm wondering if it is just a breed characteristic, if she's lazy, or if she's sick. Could someone please help me?

No I believe she is a couple weeks older... But she still looks sick to me

It certainly looks like a Cornish X (meat bird). Her behavior and feather quality is normal for meaties. They are meant to grow to a large size in a short amount of time and as a result they like to sit around and eat a lot, They are usually butchered around 8 weeks of age.
