Can anyone ID this found bird-seems like goose, duck?

At first glance it does resemble a vulture but when you look at photos of vulture chicks it isn't quite right, feathering is wrong for its size. A vulture that is feathered out that much should be larger. It looks like more a young dove or pigeon. I could be wrong though.

It really looks to be a baby mourning dove, and it will have to be hand feed, if you cannot locate the nest to return it to. You show be able to google hand feeding doves and pigeons and find something on hand feeding.

(looked up the morning dove an I couldnt find the pic above.. the babies I seen were cuter!)

100% SURE DOVE. Dove and pigeon look alot a like except size.
