Can Anyone Identity This Growth ?

This is not my chick, but they’ve asked me if I knew what this growth might be and how to treat it...I’m at a loss and was wondering if any of my chicken friends know.

I can’t say what the growth is, but the beak looks deformed and with an over bite. I don’t see wattles either. She really is enjoying that egg isn’t she?
