Can anyone tell if I'm a hen or rooster yet?

Here's my newest chicken friend who showed up about 3 weeks ago. Another lost/friendly/wild chicken. Can you tell yet whether it's a hen or chicken? Everyday I think differently, but I really don't know that much about chickens. Currently my name is Saca (short for Sacajawea) or sometimes Squawkers. She's very reliable, shows up every morning when we get to work and at lunchtime too. Good at getting away from the Molly, the neighbor's golden retriever who likes to chase chickens. And approximately how old do you think Saca is?
