Looks like you have a polish roo there. Does it have clean legs (no feathers)?

How old is your bird please?

no feathers and i have no idea how old a friend gave it to me ive never hears it crow and it dosnt seem to fight like my other two roosters so i wasnt sure

With no feathers on the legs I would say definitely a polish. Polish are often at the bottom of the pecking order so if you have other boys they are more than likely keeping him in his place. He looks quite young so the pecking order may change when he matures.

Sorry but it does not look hen like at all to me. How the tail is set and that crest scream male I'm afraid.
