can anyone tell me what my handsome Roo is?

I was given this little rooster from someone who found him. He has been with us for a while now and I really have no idea what breed he may be. I let my little broody (silkie x) sit on one of her eggs. So Romeo, our little bantam Rooster, is going to be a daddy.
Well does anyone know what he is?

The picture is of the rooster I am asking about and he is a bantam, if I took a picture next to my full size hens he is slightly smaller than they are and I have a Wellie Roo is is much bigger than my regular hens. Yet, my little bantam roo is king here.

Old English Game Bantam

Okay, he looks a lot like the Old English Game Bantam but so far when I google the pictures they all have dark chests. He is red chested. I will try and get another picture of him. I guess he could be a cross.
