The white head serama has what I’m lookin for. she’s so cute!Some breeding pairs can breed true if they possess a particular phenotype, and I have that in my own micro flock. Clovie is the daughter of Twilight (photos below). Twilight and her mate, a pure black rooster, have also produced 4 other daughters the same as Clovie and 4 sons the same as the father. This happened through 3 separate clutches. To me, this is proof enough. I have another Serama hen, Seasons, that I’ve mated to another black rooster, and both pullet and cockerel chicks (2) look just like their mother. The only thing different with Seasons 3rd chick is that she’s one color and not 2 like her siblings.
