Can chickens eat garlic

YES! some people put it in their water, I have not tried that yet.It is also included in a natural de-wormer. the recipe is some place on here.

What about the scape from the garlic is that OK to feed my chickens?

I have three hens and want to give them 1/2 tsp. fresh crushed garlic twice per week--is that enough?
