Can I let chicks drink the water treated with Corid?

I have month old Silkie chicks running around the coop with Mama, Daddy, and relatives. I need to do a routine worming with Corid in their drinking water. Is it safe for my chicks to drink? Please let me know ASAP

Corid is not a dewormer, it is a treatment for coccidiosis. It is safe for chicks but it will have no effect on worms at all.
