HI GUYS,I WANT TO KNOW IF I CAN RAISE BOTH LAYERS AND BROILERS CHICKS IN ONE COOP OR DIVIDE THE COOP INTO TWO HAVING LAYERS ON ONE SIDE AND BROILERS ON THE OTHER SIDE .I LOVE TO KNOW THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES PLEASE HELP ME OUT.

I raise them together presently, but I would prefer having a separate coop for my layers. If you plan on having broilers all the time it's fine, but otherwise when the broilers go it's just a waste of space. I keep mine separated by chicken wire and it works fine. They have separate food and water, and separate runs.

Absolutely and it will lead to far healthier and more active broilers. They can all eat the same food, I use a 20% starter for the entire time with my broilers.
