Can I use this for a brooder house? SC

The really good thing about it is that all the windows can be opened and they are all screened. It doesn't get much actual sun on it which is why it was sort of useless as a greenhouse. Believe it or not the pallets we took out had linoleoum on them...figures, eh? I was thinking about laying down a bed of straw and then just shovel the whole mess out every week.
