I can see a dog using his teeth to naw on her but can’t imagine her laying there letting it happen. Think a dog pushing his muzzle up to the fence and nawing. Keep her from flies too they will lay eggs in that wound then you’ll have maggots. How many ducks to drakes do you have ?
