Help anyone. I am new to all this.
My bantam had a splay leg as a chick - it was corrected, although he still had a funny waddle when he walked. Now I have come back from holiday to find his 'splay' leg going almost backwards.
His appetite is fine but he is finding it very hard to move around. Poo is fine (can't believe I just said that!) and every so often he heaves himself up and follows the others, but then tends to sit down again.
I notice that he sits in the nest box at night so clearly he can't perch.
Can splay leg recur? His foot seems to be pointing outwards as if his leg is twisted.
