Hi All
I Have Texan pigeons and I would like to know if they can cope with whole grain corn (maize where I live) or will I have to crush it into smaller pieces before including it in their mixed grain feed
Thanks

If your breed of pigeon has a normal sized beak then they can sure handle it fine.

I find my birds won't eat the stuff.. even cracked corn. They always leave this after eating all the other seeds and grains. But my chickens help out as they come in to clear out the leftovers when I let the pigeons out to fly.... they are my clean up crew.
