I bought these plastic ones over eBay a while back. You can actually just slot the plastic white bit through the wire and have the bottle hang outside. I can’t with this set up because of the plastic tray section of the cage (it would be too high for the quail to access). But it’s the one that I find keeps the cleanest and is easiest to change the water. You just need to make sure you remove the tab that holds the bottle cap before attaching it to the soda bottle or it will slip out and cause a mess. The marbles are in there because I am hatching quail and they are tiny enough and can stumble into it and get wet. Problem is I don’t know if they make them anymore. They came from China and with borders shut and postage slow you at have to wait a while.
