Single combs are recessive to rose combs so a bird can have a rose comb gene and a single comb gene, therefore split.

The first does look kind of like a pea comb because of the three rows. Combs like that can be hard to classify.
That would make sense because she is half cream legbar, the breeder also says she is half welsummer but I'm not 100% sure of that side, because she has feathered legs and the comb from above.
