I just got runners and they're curious about their new winter house im building. We heard that same sound while they inspected it. It was so cute!

I know what you're talking about! I am building their winter house too and when i'm working outside there is always at least one of the five »project managers« quacking instructions to me. I am laughing my a** off here!

My new rescue duckling gets so excited when I come home from work. She runs over and demands belly scratches. Then madly flaps her mini fluff wings and dashes around in circles out of joy.

I taught her down on command and also to touch a target stick. She is three weeks old tomorrow!!

They certainly are adictive... I have officially locked up my incubators. But come spring, it'll be littles everywhere..

She has personality for days! I am constantly laughing at how ridiculous the mad foot flapping is on the floor as she races off to my bedroom to look at herself in the mirror! Lol!

Any ideas for a duck waterer inside the coop ? I tried a rubber tub with a bucket in it but they managed to get half the sand floor into the water bucket .....

I’m wondering if sand is not going to work for them.......Do ducks need water only if they have food ? Or all the time ?

10 minutes to Walmart for me but I make the best biscotti anyways ... just saying !
