I am thinking white rook or leghorn pullet I am not seeing rooster but I am new and keep thinking my pullets are roosters so could be wrong.
 
If that is a Leghorn (which I would bet it is) then it is definitely a rooster!! Either way, at 6 weeks, he shouldn't be that red in the head area if he were a she...
