I see what you're saying, but I also see some that are pointed:

Pink is pointy, purple is round.
I also think that they're too long and thin to be female.
I also agree with Jed that the black in the saddles at all points to male.

The presence of color indicates male. I do not see a single pointed saddle though. Very interesting bird indeed. Can't wait for updates!

I see rounded ends on every single saddle feather (that my eyes allow me to see). However, I'm saying cockerel due to the presence of color there. Pullet should be white in that area.

Generally the saddle area (Area at the base of the tail) but usually a full body shot from the side is great.
