I saw a video on it, and apparently more feathers means female? I am not totally sure, but all you can do is wait

Feathering is not very accurate.

Wattle growth and color are better ways to tell at 6 to 10 weeks old. Later it is looking for saddle and hackle feathers. Finally crowing or laying eggs will let you know for sure!
