can you incubate eggs from a flock tht has been aroun a sick chick

can you incubate eggs that comes from a flock that has bin aroun sick chickens an bin on anitibiotics?

Well i got 62 eggs in my incubator so we will see what happens...lol.. i bought a few chickens and they had some issues , didnt know it at the time , i treated the whole flock and gave away the ones that didnt recover... im crossing my fingers!!!
