Can you re-freeze cooked chicken livers?

I mis-read a recipe (for doggie treats) that calls for 1 cup of cooked chicken livers. I thought it called for a pound.
Can I re-freeze the rest for the next time I bake the treats?

Yes, freezing cooked liver should not hurt them in any way.

Imp- but it would be better to send them my way. Haven't had good chicken liver in years.
