I get my chicken snuggles from the chickens at the dairy farm I work at. But I did go up with chickens ,ducks ,geese, rabbits guinea pigs , and Pygmy goats... also , expecting my chicks to arrive February 3
there are Polish chicks and bantam Cochin chicks. So excited
the bantam Cochins are straightrun birchen and the Polish I ordered a variety os buff-laced , gold-laced, and silver-laced pullets and a whitecrestedblack rooster.

I have the bigger coop set up yes, I just needed to put in the feed and watered in but they need to be in the brooder and a pen in the garage before they can go outside anyway . Last pic is of the coop before it was finished and the other two of the hip roof style is a minicoop that I may use for the bantams or maybe sell. Are you all set up with your coop?
Right now I have 4 buckeye hens and a roo. I'm hoping to add chanteclers and partridge chanteclers later this year. I'm hoping to get if the partridge hens sooner rather than later, because I need some broodies.
Are the partridge chanteclers more likely to become broody?I'm hoping to add chanteclers and partridge chanteclers later this year. I'm hoping to get if the partridge hens sooner rather than later, because I need some broodies.
Yup. There was only one @ a show I went to a few weeks ago. They said she's broody more often than she lays. Are the partridge chanteclers more likely to become broody?
