Thanks I'll try that tonight when I check them again
OMG, THAT'S A CRAP LOAD OF EGGS. WHOOOLLLLLLYYY COW, YOU HAVE YOUR WORK CUT OUT FOR YOU..So this morning in between trying to get the hatcher temp right I opened my cabinet incubator and I do believe I have my first stinker yuck didn't have time to search for it this morning so I am going to be smelling all the eggs when I get home to figure out where the dud is and then I will be putting y shipped eggs into the incubator does not look like my final batch is going to make it today maybe tomorrow but who knows. I also am meeting a gentleman after work to get 8 Copper maran eggs along with for you guessed it BYM to make it an even dozen and on saturday I am getting 5-6 dozen orpington eggs from someone else who is local. So I am glad I made the decision to fire up the second cabinet incubator. They are supposed to have a 624 egg capacity but I don't think you can turn them correctly with that many eggs. I am currently trying to figure out an easier way to turn 400 plus eggs by hand. I am going to have set over 350 eggs for the easter hatch along this could be so so bad luckily there will be quite a few leaving the day after hatch to go with one of the egg owners the others I will be taking to a swap in April. Going to move my 7 week old Orpington chicks to a real chicken coop this weekend as they have started escaping from their brooder and it is just time for them to go out. Going to have a very busy weekend.
