Keep it at 60 that's ok, you want it about 60 to 65 so your OK...Today is Hatch Day (after 10am) and so far I've got 1 external pip from a Wyandote x EasterEgger rooster. When I candled on Day 18 before lockdown most eggs appeared to be developing a little slower than in the past, perhaps the new incubator runs a bit cooler than the one I had built before. It's either that or all the White Leghorn eggs are just lazy, knowing they will be making a ton of eggs in the not too distant future.
The Hovabator makes so much noise I can't tell if any birds have internally pipped and/or are going cheep-cheep. I also can't get the humidity much above 60% without water overflowing the tray channels and soaking the eggs.
Hoping for a successful hatch over the next 24-36 hours, will update!
