I did look at the Mink Hollow site. The only thing is they are duck eggs. The 18th da is not the same as chicken eggs on day 18. But thank you tho. Anyone else have any suggestions??
I had a few eggs that looked like that on day 18 of my last hatch. I could see that they were moving though. Could you see any movement? If you can see movement you should be fine. Even if you can't I would still leave them unless they smell or are weeping. Maybe they are just a little behind in development and will take an extra day or two to hatch. Were your temps ok? I have read low temp lead to slower development and later hatch dates.
Good luck!
that was a helpful site. I feel a little better about some of my eggs. I think I am more sure now that I would have to have an expert standing next to me looking at the eggs to be sure of what I was seeing though!!
needtohatch, good, that makes feel a little better. I have 2 LG's. Im not totally carried away with them. They both maintained btw 99 and 100.5.
Very frustrating! But never anything drastic tho. humidity was always fine. The room always at 70. I guess we will see. I am about to add water and sponges and take the turner out and hope for the best!

Is it still air? If so I was told temp should be 101.5 - 102. Also still air (like mine) will be warmer around edges under heating element and cooler in the center. I think that is why I only had some like that. I kept my temp around 102 and the first hatched on day 20.
