you have been emailing the old owner my email address is [email protected].. ..i bought the shop and land which the old owner owned..which kept the same address..the website is down at the moment because i am reconstructing it..itll be back on next week and we will keep on selling our products.im sorry for those who have not recieved there orders or refunds..i took over to be exact jan 2 2012 so my bad 2 1/2 weeks. fyi the old owner only had trouble with fulfilling his orders for one month out of 7yrs..i will make my new customers happy by fulfilling thier orders and will earn everyones trust once again......the sooner you open your case on paypal against phillip gordon the faster you will get your money refunded..thanks thomas pendergrass

So you purchased a buisness, bought a website and allowed the "contact us" off of your website to be sent to an owner that didn't fufill orders??? I find that hard to believe. I already filed a case with paypal...however, I don't see how it's Paypal's responsibility to come up with all the money that your buisness stole. If you wanted to earn people's trust, your response would be to fufill all outstanding orders.....but that's not your solution.

hi this is thomas pendergrass owner of custom incubators.. i can sit here and defending myself on this website but i have alot of work to do.i got my website back up and running.im sorry that the five customers out of hundreds are getting refunded thru paypal.no one has ever not gotten there refund or their product .phillip gordon will have to pay back paypal from those five refunded..this company is not a scam and thats not fair to say it is because everyone got their money back or their product.anyone anytime is more than welcome to come check out my company and shop.we have nothing to hide from anyone or i wouldnt be on here and i would have made up another name to keep selling if i were a scam.if any more questions feel free to call me at 660 281 7563..
