Notice it says something about the smell getting worse if there is a secondary bacterial or fungal infection.
I got mine through my vet. It's a spray that contains steroids, so I don't think you can buy it over the counter.@Texas KikiNeed to print that for my Vet

UPDATE: Vet appointment for Sunday afternoonMia had her second bath with the Coal Tar Shampoo yesterday, everything looking good ... until this morning. I felt something under her neck, flipped her over to check.
Her fur was matted so got a wet, warm towel to clean it up. Her fur came off, she has a hard crusty patch the size of a dime, above it was raw red. I should have taken a picture but I just felt sick. Grabbed the Vetericyn+plus (came in the mail the other day) I applied. Had to take my Mom to the Dr ... When I got back checked her first thing.
Amazing ... The redness gone but that crusty part is still there. Tempeted to soften it and remove, at the same time don't want to cause any other issues. Will keep applying the Vetericyn for now. Still applying Witch Hazel with a Qtip on any lumps, she has two that stand out, two other that are so big and the tiny ones disappear.
The Office girls said they have GentaCalm but the Dr wants to see her first (he saw her last month) and at then will determine if she needs a blood test![]()
