Canker Treatment, First Time Dealing With It.

The only other thing that comes to mind is wet fowl pox. However, it doesnt look like wet pox at all. It looks like caked feed.
Q-tips will work. What do you plan to use to scrape it off?
I can use Q-tips to scrape it off too. I don't have much else right now. I'll update you on the removal of the chunky stuff.

The mosquitoes are pretty bad this year, but at least non of my birds have lesions on their combs, or faces. So, pox can be ruled out.

Here's the coop set up.

Could've got a better view of yard, & henhouse, but time was low today.

Can you raise the feeder like the waterer? Several pavers or bricks will work. It'll make it easier for your birds to swallow feed.
Maybe I can raise the feeder, but they've been eating on the ground feeder for years. We may have a few spare bricks laying around.

Actually, the base of feeders and waterers should be level with their crop.
Here's a pic with elevated feeders on pavers. Waterers arnt in the pic but they are elevated as well.
