Canker treatments

What will the garden stuff do to my flock? I think my mom is going to call them today.

The garden stuff would probably poison them.

Even if you have the correct product -- Acidified Copper Sulfate that is label as a dietary supplement for livestock - you need to make sure you are precise when following the directions. It is not a product that can be used without care.

I read that it is quite dangerous. If we can't find the right product is there anything else besides fish zole that will help?

That's true but we don't have the time it will take to ship it here. Just caught another hen in my flock with canker. Can you look at my post above and tell be if the ingredients are safe for chickens?

It's a fish fungal treatment. We used it on the hen that has the worse amount of canker and it worked for a bit but now she's worse again. Have you ever heard of thyme oil for canker?

Are you sure she has canker? lots of other things can look just like canker.
