Investigating Can't page through bookmarks

Does anyone know if you can assign multiple tags to a bookmark?

Now the mobile Insert button is gone.

I hadn't added tags, just descriptions, so i copied my description to the tag field.

Awesome, thanks. I think the bookmark feature is a really good one so I'll be glad to have it fully functional again.
