I am going to try and bring plenty of EE and Ameraucana eggs to sell but I have one dz sold already.
I have 2 pens of them, both with Ameraucana roos and a variety of hensin EE or Amerauacana. I also have a Golden Cuckoo Marans hen in the pen with the blue Ameraucana roo, Billy Bob and may add them to a dz or sell separate for Olive Eggers. Their offspring is pretty and laying green eggs but not extremely olive.
Each egg has the initials or roosters name on it to identify separate breeding pens.

I plan to bring all eggs from all breeding pens to Chickenstock. Last spring no one seemed interested and I brought home and set a lot fo eggs I took but this fall seems to be better for eggs. Don't know why.

I also will be donating a dz eggs from one of my breeding pens to the raffle. I am not sure which pen yet but I am thinking my SLW.

I am sure there will be folks there selling hatching eggs. And make sure you check out the raffle because others may be donating to it as well.

Sandy,  "IF" I can get some made before next weekend I will have Caramel Bourbon Apple Butter available. I am entering it in the Lincolnton Apple Festival this coming Saturday. I have made several batches already this summer and it sells literally before I can even get it into the jars. Have an order of 12 to make for someone before Christmas. :D

I'm sorry about disappearing like that...my youngest Daughter (21) who still lives at home called me frantically about my youngest grandbaby(15 months). Apparently he tried sticking his arm in the tube of one of his toys to try and get the balls out of it and his arm became lodged. Long story show we went to the children's hosp ER and they had to pop his ligament back in place in his elbow! Bless his little heart, he pointed at the door to leave when the Dr. Walked out of the room. lol I was just so grateful he didn't break anything.

Now Tricia I have made Caramel Apple Butter before and everyone really loved it. but I've never had it with bourbon...that sounds amazing!! If you happen to get the chance to make it I would love to purchase some for sure!!

I really don't understand why you don't make about 100 jars of this! LOL It sells like mad and tastes wonderful! I hope to snag another jar this year. Wish I could make more than just a mess!
