The ducks and chickens came out today. Yay! They came out and started cleaning my tires on my car.
I could've used their help yesterday.

Here they are wondering where their tomatoes are.

Your ducks are so cute. I love looking at pictures of snow, but living in it, um, no. This spoiled California girl whines if I have to scrape frost off the car windows, lol. Thinking I might add some ducks in a year or so. You don't have problems mixing the ducks and chickens?

My coop is big enough that my chickens can easily get away from them if they need too. But so far they are getting along. They are all part of the same flock and the ducks go where the chickens do. If the chickens go down to the woods, the ducks go too. When the chickens come back the ducks follow. Circumstances might change once my drake hits mating season, but then I can easily split my coop into two sections.

You do your best to make your chicken a nice cozy box and in the end they choose the bag of shavings. Oh well atleast she is happy.
