I made this cookie to give to a friend at church and forgot to take a picture of it until the last moment

He keeps joking with me about chickens and where his is and that I look like a chicken
now he is asking for Turkey's

I have never tasted gluten cookies.
Buuut my mom has made gluten free sourdough starter cookies before and they were to die for!
