I was wondering if anyone has heard from them recently? I had sent them some money a few months back but had to cancel my order. I have emailed them and called them numerous times with no response. I hate to assume and throw someone's name under the bus so I have given them a benefit of a doubt and not posted anything but it has been a good while since I last heard from them. If anyone knows how to get ahold of them other than phone or e-mail please let me know.

Anyone heard from them recently? I need to know if I got burned or not because when I was emailing them about sending them money and buying they replied to my calls and e-mails within minutes, but when I say I need my money back because I cannot keep my order I do not hear from them in months?

We have had the same issue with communication with them - but I think they have been struggling with some health related issues and having a small operation requires a lot of their time. That being said, I think they could take a few minutes and contact their customers with a status of their orders - it is very poor business practice to go silent. We hatch chicks in the spring, and if a day goes by without a response to one of our customers, I know they get frustrated easily and lose faith in us. Our order has been delayed a few times and now that summer is here and we are travelling, we aren't sure our farm sitter is going to be able to take care of our chicks, if they ever arrive....

Try Facebook. I know Shellie has a personal page and a farm page. I last exchanged messages with her June 9th. Similar situation here where I paid months ago and haven't gotten my ducklings yet (not because of her, just life situations on both ends and she hasn't seemed to have the best of luck hatching this year). But she's got my babies incubating so I should be getting them soon!
I contact her through her farm facebook page so try giving her a shout there. I wish you luck! I got goslings from her a few years ago and waiting on ducklings but have only ever had good luck with her so I hope it works out for you!

I did not get the ducklings as her life situations changed and she had to sell her flock of anconas. But she did send me a refund in full. She was very pleasant and no hard feelings either way

Well I would like to get the money back that I sent them. Don't get me wrong I did not send much I just sent the shipping money, but I would like to hear something instead of being ignored. Id rather them tell me I am not getting my money back then nothing.

Try messaging her through her facebook page, either farm or personal. That's how I kept in touch and she was always fairly quick to respond.
I will say one thing though, she is less likely to respond if you are aggressive. So be sure to keep it friendly as she is much more willing to work with you if you are
