My blue/partridge cochins and bantam ameracaunas are JUST NOW hatching... LOL

So, now I'm debating on whether to bring them or not. It's COLD and they'll be tiny!

Well... except the cochins.. A blue cochin just hatched and she's HUGE. I had to help her a little because she was just so big.

Of course you should bring them! I have a bunch that hatched today and yesterday. Just bring a light to keep them warm. We can always stick them in the house if they look cold.

When your Silkie goes not-broody again, I want more Silkie/EE eggs! These guys are the coolest ever. Their wing feathers are coming in and I'm getting some really cool colors. Wait till you see!

BluRoo - great idea about the Hot Hands! I "sandwiched" my newborn buttons between those when the power went out one night and it got down to 60 in the house. It's the only thing that saved them!

Ren - I can't wait to see what kind of colors you're getting in the chickies! You might have to bring them all just so I can see them! (Or at least send pics).
