CENTRAL FL SWAP MEET!!!!! See post #720 for new thread

those Cayuga's are pretty. are they friendly?

I don't personally know but I know two little girls that have one as a pet and he is very gentle with them.

Kellie...so exactly where is the swap meet going to be? I know it's Nov. 22...we'll be there for sure.

I have some nice cochins, various ages, that I'll bring. Maybe I'll go ahead and get some eggs for the bator and hatch some cochin chicks. My little mottled hen is molting now, so no eggs from her. I have 10 babies from her...I'll probably bring a few of those since I don't need that many!

I have a friend who has tons of beautiful cochins that he would like to rehome. I bet he will come...he's from Alachua.

We're going to have it at my house as long as everyone is on their best behavior and doesn't bring sick chickens!! I know you can't always tell, so we won't do it right next to my coop, but now hearing of all the diseases people are having problems with is making me nervous. So I do want to ask everyone to bring them in cages with a bottom so that the droppings aren't all over my yard. Pretty please.

I know that's more than you asked for, but just wanted everyone to know!
