First generation Sizzles can't be Silkie feathered b/c Silkie feathering is a recessive trait...just FYI.

But you can get silkie feathers in first generation as the gene that causes the frizzle CAN be modified by a recessive allele. My friend is a licensed poultry tech and on her 4th year of sizzles and she finally explained everything in a way I could understand...but if you want, we can start a WHOLE OTHER topic on the genepool of Sizzles

David says that the yellow one is Sunshine and the other one was not named. The color of them are sunshine is the female she is called a lutina and the boy is a normal grey.. Hope that helps and hope you are enjoying them...
