i have 2 adult female coturnix that were given to me ( my first Coturnix) that are "champagne " colored and have pretty much the tuxedo pattern. Has anyone else seen this? i will try to get my son to get pics on here around the beginning of the week so people can actually see what they look like. i've been checking assorted websites and such and can't find any like them ....the feathers are the soft creamy champagne color ,no edging ,no darker /lighter to any of the feathers that are champagne.

I wanna see this!

At least front, back, from the top and a good face. And on rare colors, good pictures, because these gals are going to be looking at the different levels of color.

We can waite till next week. Well, I can anyway. I'll suscribe to this thread.

Just add the pictures to your first post on this thread and they'll check it out. So will I.

the reason i got these 2 birds was because they were attacked by others and each lost an eye. they are not beautiful ...well I think they are but that's because they are my pets. The color is like a light...fawn? anyway, i will get pictures out as soon as i can ...couple days ....
if this is a "rare " color rather than just my bad eyesight (lol) i'm going to want to know what to breed them to for best results ....
