Quackers is our only pekin.

Yes, I was thinking maybe breed back to Pekins or let Merde and Barbra Lewis make ducklings. They are full siblings though. Maybe a blue runner? I don't think blues breed true though.

If he's like Barbra Lewis, see standing at attention in my avatar, he will tip forward in the next week or so. Merde however is still pretty upright. Not as much as the non pekins.

We are moving about 9 miles to the north. I made an offer on this place at the end of June but one thing after another has presented us from closing on it. Currently our ducks are at my parents and everything as far as shelter and fencing has been a temporary thing.I thought we would be getting a new flock but mom wants us to take them with us. They probably will not be as spoiled living with us and have to survive on bugs and feed rather than treats every day.
