Charleston we have a Broody here!

My (bleeeep!) car broke down on Friday night and the grease-monkey could not fix it yesterday so i wasn't able to pick up a bag of duckling food today.
I took some of the cat-food, some meal-worms and some duck pellets (meat-bird) and ground it up to a coarse powder, added some niacin, a B-complex vitamin pill and mixed it all together. I know ducklings won't drink and eat for the first one to two days, but just in case they get hungry, they have something to chew on before i can make it to the store. Do you think that's all-right for a short time?
Also i am a bit worried about Katharina: She hasn't left the nest the whole day, she has water available and meal-worms but she has not eaten for almost 24 hours now…

Hare still peeping this morning. I peeled him out some more. One more pipped right at the bottom of the small end.
