Chat room for non religious poultry keepers! :D

I left in winter and came back to a zombie apocalypse! :th Based on my previous posts, y'all will probably be shocked to hear, but I don't care for zombie movies

Like an aquarium heater? I think I've seen where some people use those for their waterers in winter.

What are you using now? None of the plates or bowls I have heat up in the microwave, just the food itself. 🤔

I'd never heard of that, but after reading a synopsis, it does sound really interesting!

Some of my favorite movies! :D I've only seen the third one once, though. I also read most of the books, but didn't find them as enjoyable.
These. Got them at Target forever ago. They suck lol they get scorching hot

Actually, there is no evidence suggesting it was an apple. It could have just as well been a pear, plum, peach.
It's the most common suggestion for what the fruit is though, especially in art. I use the Manchineel apple for my book when talking about it. At least then it seems accurate about the pain and death part.

I also stand by the whole Apple=knowledge and that's why teachers are given them

Thanks! I’ll have to look into those. Are they at pretty much any store or online or?
We get ours at Walmart, Kohl's, and Target. So yeah, pretty much everywhere. They're shatter and chip proof, and they do not get burn-yourself hot. They can become very hot if you leave them in the microwave for a long time, but not hot enough to burn you. Though you could also try just buying a pair of grilling gloves; you feel no heat at all with those, and your fingers do not get bunched up like they do in a mitt.

The historical reason why apples were given to teachers is because they are the fruit in season.
Yes, it is the most common suggestion. But it probably wasn't actually an apple.
