Yeah that makes sense. I just have the cat the dog right now but it’s a lot. That’s why we rehomed the birds. It was too much for everybody especially when I’m not here for weeks at a time. It was too much for my dad. We did not have it long enough to see it try to mate with the rescue female that we brought in a few months later. They made friends with each other, so we set both of them free once we saw the others of their kind waking up in the pond up the road.
