Here's some Modern Game bantam appreciation, too. I don't actually own any (yet :fl ) but every one I see in show just steals my heart :love

True, I have some. There are some cool breeds here, mine just happen to be dumb and decided "our breed is supposed to be a broody breed, and were supposed to have crests. HA jokes on our owner, theres no chance we're going broody, and half of us won't have crests😌 oh and just to sprinkle in extra confusion, we're going to lay green eggs even though our breed literally lays cream eggs" I don't know they're weird🤣 they're good free rangers though, so i can't really complain i guess

Oooh but you guys probably got some neat local breeds not available elsewhere

But I guess having my landrace weirdos will do. Here are some photos of them, if anyone's interested, and yes there are some ISA browns in there

I love learning Bout other countries landraces. US got a few but there limited push to conservate them :hmm

If they decide to go broody this year, I'd love to breed and conserve them! The unofficial name of the breed is the Greek tsouloufati (translates to Greek crested) closely related to the karagouniki, another breed known for their good laying ability, the Greek cresteds are mostly known for being good free range birds, good broodies and mothers, and good fliers, I can personally attest to the last one!
